KIISA
KIISA is a well equipped house on the southern slope of Kaunispää fell, near the top. It was completed in March 2006. It has two apartments and offers high quality short and long term accommodation for vacationers, skiers, holiday makers, and other guests. The total floor area is more than 300 sq m - total 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and accommodation for up to 27 persons. Its North Village rating is four cloudberries, ****. Kiisa is suitable for groups, firms, and families.
There is a 35 sqm billiard and meeting room.
The apartments are connected through sound proof doors between the living rooms. Kiisa is located in a quiet and picturesque location near the snow mobile track, ski track, and path leading to the top of the fell. It is possible to ski down to the lifts and after skiing return to the house from the top on skis.
The rental fee covers bed linen, towels, bathrobes, soap and shampoo, papers for kitchen, WC and sauna, wood for the fire place, and last day cleaning.
Two lift tickets are included in the rental price of both apartments. The value of the tickets for the visitors is about 280 euro/week.
Kiisa A has a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, 6 bed rooms (9 single beds and one double bed), loft (160 cm high, 3 beds, one extra bed), sauna for 6, heated ski maintenance and snowmobile room, three terraces, and sleeping for 16 persons. There are dishes for 18 persons. The floor area is 150 sq m.
Kiisa B has a living room with kitchen and a fireplace, 4 bed rooms (1 double bed and six single beds), loft (160 cm high, 3 beds, one spare bed), sauna for 6, heated ski maintenance and snowmobile room, two terraces, and sleeping places for 13. There are dishes for 15 persons. The floor area is 100 sq m.

The billiard table can be covered to serve as meeting table for 12 or as serving table. There is room for 25 meeting participants.
